JUNIOR (male, orange) & COCO (female, gray)
Bonded Pair – ADOPTED TOGETHER Approximate DOB: 6 October 2023
Junior and Coco are litter mates and the only two kittens born to their an outdoor mom. The kittens have been fostered/socialized and were taken to the vet where they received thorough examination(s) and testing(s). They are FIV/FeLV negative, spayed/neutered, and are current on vaccinations and flea prevention. They are litter box trained, no accidents.
They are quick to purr, enjoy attention and love face and chin rubs. They may seem a bit reserved at first, but that is due to their gentle temperaments. They are quick to warm up and be about exploring new things. They are friendly, inquisitive, and playful. They love human interaction and being petted. Junior is affectionate and likes being held. Coco likes to be loved on but doesn’t always like being held…she wants it to be her idea. The two kittens have always been together and compliment each other well. They play well together and, as a pair, run to greet foster parents and visitors. They enjoy chasing each other and playing with small mice toys or pompom balls. They also like clawing those cardboard scratch boards with catnip.
WINNIE (female, brown tabby w/ white markings)
Approximate DOB: 19 July 2023
Winnie was found outdoors, far away from shelter and people. Two Good Samaritans became aware of her because she was crying loudly…from high in a tree. They were quick to rescue her from the tree. She was wet, cold, very skinny, very hungry, and despite all that, she was very friendly. An extensive search (social media) was done for someone who might know of her and where she was from - no one did ☹. No one was looking for her or missing her. ☹
Winnie was immediately comfortable with human kindness and living indoors. Winnie was taken to the vet and received thorough examination(s) and testing(s). She is FIV/FeLV negative, spayed, and current on vaccinations and flea prevention.
Winnie has a very friendly, inquisitive, and playful temperament and is quick to purr. She enjoys exploring, playing, and being petted. When she is finished playing, she will curl up on a favorite lap for some one-on-one time. When you walk into the room where she is, she will get up and walk or run toward you to greet you. She hopes you are bringing her a snack (she loves mealtimes), probably due to her past of not having food on a regular basis. She enjoys interacting with and being around her foster mom and dad, and frequently follows them around the house to be where they are.
PATCHES, Female, Calico/Tabby mix
Approximate DOB: 1 August 2023
Patches was found outdoors by a Good Samaritan. She was wet, cold, very skinny, very hungry, and despite all that, she was very friendly. An extensive search (social media) was done for someone who might know of her and where she was from - no one did ☹. No one was looking for her or missing her. ☹
Patches was immediately comfortable with human kindness and living indoors. When Patches was taken to the vet to receive thorough examination(s) and testing(s), the veterinarian determined that she was already spayed. Unfortunately, without a microchip, no other information was obtainable, such as what vet clinic provided care to her, what her name was, where she used to live, or contact information for her guardian/owner. Patches is FIV/FeLV negative, microchipped (now), and current on vaccinations and flea prevention.
Patches has a very friendly, inquisitive, and playful temperament and is quick to purr. She enjoys exploring, playing, and being petted. When she is finished playing, she will curl up on a favorite lap for some one-on-one time. When you walk into the room where she is, she will get up and walk or run toward you to greet you. She hopes you are bringing her something to have fun with…a toy, catnip is a favorite. She enjoys interacting with and being around her foster mom and dad, and frequently follows them around the house to be where they are.
